VaultHaul Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at vaulthaul.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of your refund approval
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective contact us immediately at vaulthaul.support@gmail.com 

with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item

We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You will never be asked to ship back a damaged item.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item we'll make it right immediately. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours your order may already be processed and shipped — contact us immediately at vaulthaul.support@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error — we cover return shipping
  • If the return is a change of mind — customer covers return shipping

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
